Terms & Conditions

Conditions: Holm & Himmel is an online gallery website and shop for the purpose of selling limited edition fine art, with permission granted by each artist, for Holm & Himmel to sell. All works are thoroughly inspected and believed to be accurate as provided in the details found in each individual product listing on this site.  Artworks are sold on a Buy Now policy for purchase on the Site and/or via Holm & Himmel. The property is offered for sale and sold by Holm & Himmel who does not hold the copyright of the images sold, but rather functions as a licensed reseller for those art works listed for sale on this site. Our artist license agreements are on selected artworks and run for five (5) years with automatic renewal at the end of each term, for a further term of five (5) years, unless either party gives the other written notice of termination.

Purchasing and Shipping Rules:  The buyer shall be responsible for all packing, customs clearance and shipping expenses for the purchased work from Holm & Himmel unless otherwise included in the total price listed for each individual artwork. Holm & Himmel will only process the shipping release after receiving full payment for the bought work care of the buyer’s preferred payment method. If funds are not received with in 3 days from sale the purchase will be void. 

Returns: You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If a work is returned it will be at the buyer’s expense and must arrive in the exact condition it was sold in for a full refund. We are not responsible for packaging and handling of purchased item or the return of purchased product as this is at the entire risk of the buyer unless otherwise stated in the listing. Refund of returns within the 14 days period will be refunded only upon inspection of the returned item.

Always register your return with our customer support info@holmandhimmel.com before sending items back. Please provide us with order number, item number/s of the articles that you want to return. If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any custom charges. Always make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you got them. The initial shipment cost will not be refunded.

Complaints: Under EU rules, Holm & Himmel commit to reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to file a complaint send us an email at info@holmandhimmel.com and wait for our reply. Then send your item to:

Payment: Holm & Himmel artworks can only be purchased in EUR. Payments are made with Stripe.

Shipping: We currently sell and ship our products only to countries within the European Union (EU). Holm & Himmel always strive to ship artworks within 14 days from the date-of-purchase. However, expected delivery can be up to 5 weeks. All shipments are sent with trusted shipping carriers and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your item has been shipped.

By purchasing items on the site, the potential buyer shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the country Sweden and under Swedish Law.
